- A WhatsApp message is initiated or an email is sent to the artist.
- The artist confirms availability, total price and estimated delivery time.

The artist reserves the right not to accept orders in justified cases (manifest pricing errors, unavailable stock, technical unavailability, etc.), refunding any amount already paid where applicable.
4. Prices and taxes
All prices shown on the website are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. The final price is confirmed to the client before the order is formalized. No additional management costs apply.
5. Payment methods
The following payment methods are accepted, to be confirmed on a case-by-case basis:

The order is initiated once the full payment is received. For commissioned works, an advance payment of up to 50% may be agreed when confirming the order, with the remainder due before shipping.
6. Shipping and delivery times
Shipping is free to Spain and worldwide, with no minimum order. Delivery is made through a tracked courier service.
Standard delivery times, from confirmation of payment, are as follows:
- Fine art prints: 10 to 15 business days.
- Original artworks in stock: 10 to 15 business days.
- Commissioned works: 3 to 4 weeks (plus shipping time).
These times are estimates. Any event that may affect them will be communicated to the client as soon as possible. The artist is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier company, customs procedures or force majeure.
For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties, fees or import taxes applicable in the country of destination are the responsibility of the buyer.
7. Right of withdrawal (returns)
In accordance with European Consumer Law (Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish Royal Decree 1/2007), the right of withdrawal is applied specifically depending on the type of artwork purchased:
7.1 Fine art prints — Withdrawal NOT accepted
Prints are produced exclusively on demand, after the confirmation of each order, in the size and at the moment requested by the client. There is no pre-existing stock: each print is made to order specifically for the buyer.
As goods manufactured to consumer specifications and made to measure for the customer, prints are excluded from the right of withdrawal under article 103.c of Royal Decree 1/2007.
7.2 Original artworks in stock — Withdrawal accepted (14 days, with conditions)
Unique original artworks that were already available at the time of purchase (not commissioned) accept withdrawal during the 14 calendar days following receipt, provided all of the following conditions are met:
- The artwork must reach the author in perfect condition, with no signs of use, handling or alteration.
- It must retain the original packaging intact.
- The return must be sent insured and with tracking. Return shipping costs are entirely borne by the buyer.
- The intent to return must be notified in writing in advance to iorozmoler@gmail.com, indicating the order number and reason. Packages received without prior notification will not be accepted.
- If the artwork arrives damaged during the return shipment due to improper packaging or handling by the buyer, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
Once the artwork has been received and verified, the author will refund the corresponding amount within a maximum of 14 calendar days, using the same payment method used in the purchase.
7.3 Commissioned works — Withdrawal NOT accepted
Commissions are artworks hand-painted expressly according to the client's specific instructions (location, scene, agreed dimensions, etc.). They are excluded from the right of withdrawal under article 103.c of Royal Decree 1/2007, as goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
Important: all works are fragile artistic pieces made with care. We recommend opening the package with maximum caution and keeping all packaging material. When a return applies, the buyer is responsible for the artwork until its correct receipt by the author.
8. Warranty and complaints
If the artwork arrives damaged due to causes attributable to transport or has any defect, the client must report it by email within a maximum of 7 calendar days from receipt, attaching photographs showing the damage and the packaging. In these cases, the artist will, at the client's choice, either replace the work or issue a full refund.
9. Intellectual property
All works, images, texts, designs and graphic elements of this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Iván Oroz Moler, unless expressly stated otherwise.
The purchase of an artwork (print, original or commission) does not in any way imply the transfer of intellectual property rights over the work. The buyer only acquires ownership of the physical medium, while the author retains all moral and economic rights (reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation).
The reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, commercialization or public use of the purchased works, as well as any image or content of this website, is expressly prohibited without prior written authorization from the author.
10. Processing of personal data
Personal data provided by the client will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of this website.
11. Modification of conditions
The artist reserves the right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time. The new conditions will apply to all orders placed after their publication. The current version will always be available on this page with the date of last update.
12. Dispute resolution and applicable law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these conditions will first be subject to an attempt at amicable resolution between the parties.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, consumers residing in the European Union may submit disputes to the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR).
Failing agreement, the parties will submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the consumer's domicile, within Spanish territory.
13. Acceptance
The client declares to have read and expressly accepted these General Conditions of Sale before placing an order. Placing an order through any of the available channels implies full knowledge and acceptance of these conditions.
